They Never Learn
California’s new law, imposing a tax on Internet transactions, is a case study in futility. Instead of raising tax revenue, AB 28X will serve to discourage commerce and thus thwart California’s attempt to balance its budget. The following article is instructive, if anyone cares to learn:
